Boomerang Workplace Wellness (BWW) is subject to provincial and federal privacy legislation and has in place a privacy policy to ensure compliance with privacy legislation and standards, including the collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal health information.

Our trusted service suppliers will be responsible for processing and handling the personal information they receive from our clients in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Participation in BWW programs is entirely voluntary, and participants will be required to sign a consent form outlining the collection, use and disclosure of personal health information.

Personal information is kept in strict confidence and can only be shared with client consent. BWW does not sell client personal information for any purpose whatsoever.

When providing wellness programming on behalf of a corporate entity, individual employee information will not be provided to the employer under any circumstances. Combining group data to produce aggregate or general trends reporting will be provided to the employer. This will provide employer programming outcomes, and assist in directing future wellness programming. Aggregate data refers to data that does not reveal and cannot be manipulated to reveal, person-specific information.
